What is Volunteer Time Off (VTO)
VTO is an existing corporate benefit that most companies already offer. It allows you to take paid hours - without using your PTO - to volunteer for a community.
And now, thanks to Heineken, you might also be able to watch soccer this summer with other fans, all at the same time.

How can I find out if my company offers VTO?

What should I bring to the activity?
You'll receive all the details, including what to bring and how to prepare, directly from the NGO in question via email after booking on the NGO's website.
I booked a volunteer program on the NGO website but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your junk or spam folder for the confirmation email. If you still can't find it, unfortunately Heineken does not manage the bookings directly. We recommend reaching out to the NGO or volunteer activity you registered with for more information.
I need to cancel my reservation. What should I do?
Please contact the NGO or volunteer activity you registered with directly to cancel your reservation. Heineken does not manage bookings or cancellations directly.
Will the games be shown at the volunteer locations?
The selected NGOs might be screening the matches, so you can volunteer while enjoying the game.
